My name is Raneen, I am 23 years old, married, and from Gaza.

I used to live a simple and warm life in a home filled with love, joy, and safety.

We had dreams for the future and lived peacefully. But since October 7, our lives have turned into an endless nightmare.

The war destroyed everything beautiful in our lives and stole our sense of security, stability, and even our ability to dream.

My father was killed while trying to provide food for my siblings, leaving behind unbearable pain and sorrow.

As for me, I lost four babies during pregnancy because of malnutrition, lack of medical care, and the absence of proper treatment.

Every time I lost a child, it felt as if a part of my soul died with them.

Today, I live with an even greater fear. My son, Mohammed, suffers from severe and dangerous lung infections caused by the smoke and toxic gases from bombings and missiles.

His condition is getting worse day after day.

I am also six months pregnant, and doctors told me that my pregnancy is at serious risk and that I urgently need intensive treatment, medication, and continuous medical care to protect my unborn baby.

But the cost of treatment is far beyond what we can afford, and we can barely find enough food to survive.

Every day we live surrounded by fear, hunger, illness, and bombardment. We no longer have a safe home or a stable life only destruction, cold, and terror.

Please, do not leave me alone in this suffering.

I desperately need help to provide urgent treatment for my son Mohammed and for myself. I also need help obtaining passports so we can leave Gaza and reach a safe place before it is too late.

so um. needless to say at this point that even IF she's bluffing (unlikely given how often she's been talking about this imo) then it's still clearly not safe for me to continue to stay here and keep putting myself at risk, especially since she has escalated to physical aggression within the last year. (her "husband" has done similar and has a noted temper as well. even if she only plans a temporary visit i find it extremely unlikely that he's going to "let" her come back to the states once she's there.)

i do have a plan still, though i am working out the kinks and have a LOT of phone calls to make and individuals to contact and i'm kind of fucking exhausted so i don't want to get into it right now. that said, i would Very Much Appreciate It if i could get some further help.
