24.4.20 - finished planning the first book in a fantasy trilogy I want to write. It was originally supposed to be junior fiction for an assignment (which is only the first chapter) but I decided to worldbuild and write the whole thing oops...

i’ve been loving the recent cold rainy weather, but it hasn’t exactly done wonders for my lighting.

19:55 — courage, dear heart is something i remind myself of every day. i may seem like i have all my shit under control, but it’s usually the opposite. it takes courage to be brave enough to repress the demons that pester the mind. mental illness is invisible, not impossible.

it’s been a slow-going week

i’m not entirely sure why elegant epistles: being a copious collection of familiar and amusing letters, selected for the improvement of young persons, and for general entertainment needed, in all its copious glory, to have 53 publishers but it does, indeed, list 53 publishers in its imprint and it turns out all 53 of them are a massive pain in the ass

I just started a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and I was not expecting to get in, so I’m super excited about it! I’m attending online classes for now but I’ll soon have to go to uni to attend lab classes, which means having to leave my city and my childhood home. The mere thought of living alone scares me, but for now I’ll enjoy these last weeks of quiet studying in the cozy setup of my bedroom.
