I want to get healthier. Not because I want to lose weight, I know that I’m at a healthy weight and that losing weight is not the cure to my self esteem issues, but because I need to keep my body healthy if I want to improve my mental health. I’ll take slow steps, first just tracking what I do for awhile, then setting goals. We’ll see how this goes!
