holy fucking shit. this was one of the things i wished them to add and i'm glad they did bc he's so so so pretty my jaw dropped

now, i don't remember if this was in the manga. but when angel brings a corpse to beam and denji to feed them blood —in the manga says to the woman that she's going to heaven and he apologizes for taking her blood—, he then takes the corpse when they're finished and puts it aside. he doesn't throw it, he doesn't leave it right there. he carries the dead woman, takes some steps to a corner and carefully places her on the ground. i loved that

also denji and angel changed sits in the car in the movie! angel is the copilot and he's with aki in the front of the car!!

the akiangel scene™ was perfect. man, it's even better! it feels so raw, so intimate. aki's pov on angel's eyes, how he's looking at him, yelling, and then angel avoids his gaze. how aki moves his hands and wraps angel to pull him closer and then angel's wings shrank in aki's chest. for a moment, when this is happening, angel looks at aki's arm, leans his head to the side like wanting to rest it in his arm, but then he looks at the front so serious and melancholic

absolute masterpiece

because it was so slow? so intimate? aki's voice? angel's eyes?

and the ice cream scene was so good too! angel is so pretty there and we got aki's pov, looking at him from above cause he has his shoe on the bench man— angel leans his chin to one side, his hair falls to that side too, looking at aki curiously, aki looks back

that's all he does in the movie. aki locks in for two minutes then goes to yearning again. there has to be more screen time of him looking at angel than at denji lmao

angel's character was so good during the whole thing, i loved the ending too
