I got a deep need/desire to start learning about and working with my chakras yesterday. So I started today with my root chakra. This is so new to me - and slightly out of my comfort zone. 😉😍 I got rosewood oil for grounding and a red (vegan and chemical free) nail polish to remind me to connect with the root chakra. I have written a small affirmation mantra over the muladhara "theme": I am safe, that I will say to myself every morning and evening for the next long while. Something is changing...
