Never in my life did I think that I would fantasies about sleep, but I did for the first 8 months of my son Hunters life. He was a shocking sleeper, waking every 1-2-3 hours every night and only went down for a hour nap. Back then I was new to essential oils and had no clue at the time that they could and would help my son to sleep. I made him a sleep blend and I religiously apply it to the soles of his feet before nap and bedtime because he sleeps 11 hours straight and 2 hours for his afternoon nap, all because of the sleep blend. I'm now 18 weeks pregnant 🤰🏼 👏and super excited to find out if we're having a girl or boy. I've been feeling really well so far through my pregnancy, besides the feeling of nausea from time to time. Honestly Morning sickness sucks and I wanted to share with all the "To be mummys" out there, what has been helping me to combat it each morning. In the morning ☀️I add 1 drop each of Ginger, Lemon essential oil and 1 tsp of honey to a warm cup of water and sip on it. Then I add a few drops of peppermint essential oil to my diffuser. I also made up a roller ball blend that I keep in my purse 👛 for when I head out, for those "just in case moments" which has Frankincense, Ginger, lemon and cardamom EO, topped up with Fractionated coconut oil. I apply this to my pulse points, it's a huge help and the aromas a fresh and uplifting. 🤢Cardamom, Peppermint, Ginger or Digestzen are the top EO to use to help alleviate nausea. As they block the receptor pathways of nausea, how cool is that, something that's natural, safe, effect and you can use while being pregnant 👏👏 🤰🏼A friend of mine has been adding 1 drop of Digestzen EO, doTERRA digestive blend to a glass of water and she has found that this is working for her.
