During her interview today, Jodie talked about what it was like finishing Doctor Who, having to move her family back from Wales and take some time off. But then brightened and said joyfully, "And I made a human!" Thirteen is a part of her now.
I remember her comment that her secret during the filming of The Power of the Doctor was that she was the first person to play the Doctor who really had two hearts. She didn't tell anyone except the costumer she was pregnant because she was worried they'd freak out about the wire stunts. She didn't even tell Mandip, who got on her whe she was having cravings, so as not to make her more nervous about dropping her.
Mandip: "Remember I have to carry you|"
Jodie: "i know," (mimes continuing to stuff her face). "Sorry." She was doing all those stunts with severe morning sickness! And she picked mint chocolate chip ice cream for their scene atop the TARDIS. Which the Director realized on the day could be filmed on top of the TARDIS if they put up a scaffolding (again, she didn't mention that she was feeling dizzy.)
And I just realized that she doesn't do it for all her autographs, but for her face to face autographs today when she's talking to a fan, Jodie signs with two hearts. 😭
