i stare at the eye. the eye stares at me. it is an extremely realistic rendition of an eye, which i suppose is the goal, but while the one on his eyesocket looks absolutely perfect, it is somewhat disturbing to have an exact copy of it on my table.

i did not expect to see someone's third eye today, but what do you know.

it is pretty awesome so i nod. i wonder why he asked to keep it. i wonder whether he brought it with him because he had a medical appointment or if he's just been walking around with an eye on his pocket for the last week or so.
