I was like everything sucks I hate my body and then I talked to my girlfriend and my parents and cooked myself dinner and ate it and had some little beverages. and now there is joy everywhere in the world

let this be a lesson to you (me) when your brain is upset and scrunched and scrambled. let it go and put yourself around some people. make something, especially if it sucks. eat food your body wants. make the bed. do some dishes. light a candle. burn some incense. silas was right! it's about doing a bunch of small things.... and together they can help a lot. like power rangers. or an orange
