Prompt #13

what i hated the most when I was younger was watching “novelas” these are Spanish series/ episodes that involve a lot of drama, but since I was small I didn’t understand anything that was going on. I found them terrible, boring, and well I always said I would never watch them because they were sooo boring. As I grew up I started understanding the drama and all the conflicts about stories, other people’s stories. Now I love watching novelas when I have time, they’re very interesting. I know think the opposite.

The documentary I chose is dealing with stress. Since a lot of people often complain about stress or we’re just stressing to much. I thought knowing a little bit about stress and what it is would be interesting to know.

A tv show I hate very much is transformers because, when I was younger my brother would never let me watch anything else other than the transformers... obviously it was his favorite. So eventually I got sick of it and, hated it very much. I was very small and into princesses, barney, etc., but not transformers... that was for boys lol

This song from Post Malone inspires me because, i see it as whatever we might go through or anyone that doubts us we are strong enough to do whatever we want; congrats to our achivement and we proved them all wrong. So we can do anything and suceed.

For our next project i’m thinking about going pink! It’s breast cancer awareness month and, it important to me because, a lot of women are affected by this type of cancer; all women have a high risk to get cancer as they grow up. I want to let people know this is their month and, we should support them not only in October but through out the year. Also, for them to know more information on how many women are affected by it each year.

What I remember I haven’t done a report before, but just hearing the word report makes me feel quite nervous. I feel that there is a lot to be expected from these reports, and many supporting details. (works-cite) I also expect a lot of breakdowns, if the information I gather/ search for doesn't support it. Also, I think this would be like 6-10 pages... :(

This video summarizes Meredith Grey a character from the show Grey’s Anatomy. She started as an intern at a Hospital know as Grey-Sloan’s  Memorial; and know she is a general surgeon. She is very inspireing to me because, i’ve seen everthing she’s been through... season by season..and it’s just so intresting to see how she gets through a bunch of stuff. I know its a show but, it makes me think on how someone can actually go though so much; thinking i can too. I can go through ANYTHING. I just think she’s fantastic because, how her mind is set, on how she’s still remains to be standing, and how she still cares for others.

To be completely honest me, and writing have never gotten along, or let’s say I’ve really never given it a chance. I’m not so good with essays, reports, etc., I always tend to ignore the fact that they’re there; and what makes it harder is that my english vocabulary isn’t that much advanced. But, when I give it my all to “makes it the best essay” I STRUGGLE. So yeah, my experience with writing has been pretty bad, but I'm hoping this course will help me improve my writing skills.
