I'm not sure if you’re in touch with anyone who knows her, but here’s the situation: several blogs (and the people behind them) are banding together to report Steph to the authorities (Tusla). I know this through a friend who was involved but didn't agree with the report. These are both shippers and antis—for example, 'gotraveltheworldluv/bat-cat-reader/benfeldmanlove21blog/manoun96/cajon-desastre/sgiandubh etc'. It likely won't lead to anything because I'm certain she’s a good mother, but no mother wants to be reported by a group of lunatics. If there’s any way you can take action or give a heads-up, please do. Consider yourself warned!

Hi Anon, thanks for reaching out. I wish I could say I was surprised, but sadly this isn't the first time shippers, ex-shippers, and haters have done something hateful and outrageous to a woman Sam cares about. Other women Sam has dated have also been mercilessly harassed. The "fans" involved have directly harassed the woman, they've contacted her family, friends, employer. Sent hate mail and suspicious packages to her home or place of business. This is all well documented throughout the years. And I personally know this is true, not only because people who know Sam have told me, but also the women involved or friends of the women involved have told me directly. AND I have been harassed in the same manner. So, I know exactly what they're capable of. But, rest assured so does Sam...and now, so does Steph.

Sam has high powered lawyers, his management, and his security to help protect him and protect those he loves.

I've been hearing that certain blogs have been saying horrible things about the way Steph grieved for her late husband and criticizing her for actions she took. NO ONE has the right to dictate how someone grieves. NO ONE. Grief is a very personal thing and we don't know how we're going to act or react in that situation. Where is people's basic human compassion for God's sake? Nonexistent in certain parts of this fandom apparently.

I'm also hearing that some bloggers and their followers are actually daring to say negative things about Steph's young daughter. YOU MISERABLE A-HOLES, HOW DARE YOU, HOW F*CKING DARE YOU?! It makes my blood boil just thinking about it. And how embarrassing for you when Sam gets wind of it.

The crap you're posting about a MINOR, Sam's girlfriend's daughter, might just be the tipping point that pushes Sam to seek legal action. And I hope he does. Don't think you're anonymous hiding behind your user names, if Sam gets law enforcement involved for libelous statements about a CHILD, all social media platforms are obligated to turn the identifying info to the authorities if subpoenaed. I would tread verra lightly and delete some things if I were you.

As for me contacting someone who can let Steph know that all this crap is happening, including that they are trying to report her to child protective services in Ireland, you bet I did. I asked a friend who follows Steph on Instagram to DM her. She DMed her earlier today and Steph immediately read the message. She hasn't answered so far but it was marked as "seen," so now Steph knows about this plot against her. And by default, so does Sam.

My God, all this EVIL just because an ACTOR you don't know personally didn't behave the way you fantasized he should. I hope there's a special place in Hell reserved for you.

PLEASE STOP with the Sam and Steph hate, they're going to get married or at least continue to spend their lives together, and NOTHING you do will get in the way of that. Not a damn thing.
