So there was a shifter on TikTok said that she shifted to her dr after constantly shifting to a similar crs so when I went to sleep i visualised my cr but with different element which is a curly hair (my hair is silky ) and imagined a purple portal that will lead me to my Dr and I had a dream I had a dream where I woke up (I thought I woke up for real) and.....my hair was curly!

I will try this method again

I like that's it's easy to visualize

And main ?: why it was "mini"? It because it was for short time?

Details:

It was the first time I considered shifting as a serious thing to heal my inner child ( when I was 9 I used to close my room door and cry and pray to God that i can go yandere simulator world I was so obbsesed 😭😭😭) I put all my effort into it I layed in a comfortable position and I tried to not move although it doesn't hinder the process and I kept saying affirmations and I felt like the atmosphere changed I didn't open my eyes but I felt it and It was a strange and fresh feeling I scripted that hermonie will wake me up and I swear to god she was calling my name like waking me up and my heart almost fell( 😭😭😭😭😭) but i opened my eyes too fast

I woke up with a nosebleed

( I changed to the sleeping methods and I am having so much dreams about the people in my dr and I am lazy to write the other shifting experiences)

Advices:

-If u don't want to go to ur dr you'll never gonna shift, with experience ( it's not required and everyone's journey is different)

-also not required but meditation is very helpful
