Abu Huraira reported that Allah's Messenger (๏ทบ) said:
I am most close to Jesus, son of Mary, among the whole of mankind in this worldly life and the next life.
They said: Allah's Messenger, how is it?
Thereupon he (๏ทบ) said: Prophets are brothers in faith, having different mothers. Their religion is, however, one and there is no Apostle between us (between I and Jesus (pbuh)).

ููููู ุงูู ุฑุก ุณุจุจูุง ูู ุฐูุฑ ุงุณู ุฃุจูู ุนูุฏ ุงููุจู๏ทบุ ููุฐุง ู ู ุฃุนุธู ุงูุจุฑู ูุงูุฅุญุณุงูยป"
A beautiful subtle reflection mentioned by Shaykh Al-Shanqeeti ุฑุญู ู ุงููู:
Sending blessings upon the Prophet ๏ทบ is considered a form of a personโs righteousness and kindness toward his father.
This is because the angel who conveys peopleโs prayers to the Prophet ๏ทบ says:
โO Muhammad, so-and-so, son of so-and-so, sends prayers upon you.โ
Thus, a person becomes the reason his fatherโs name is mentioned in the presence of the Prophet ๏ทบ โ and this is among the greatest forms of honoring and dutifulness to oneโs parents.
