I think we feel it the most at night because at the end of the day our hearts just want to be home, but our homes arenβt always where we rest our heads.
to my dear significant other, I know it's been months on end since we last saw each other. when we see each other again, please don't be panicked when I look into your eyes again and burst into tears.

idk who needs to hear this, but your acne is beautiful, and not a thing you should be ashamed or embarassed about
doesn't matter where it is, how bad it is, or how long you've had it for. life is too short to be worrying about if your appearance is offending anyone. on the back? flaunt it. on the cheeks? showcase it. acne is a normal part of us.
embrace it
who ever says otherwise? fuck them, their tiny brain cannot comprehend the infinite spectrum that is beauty

"They say in every library there is a single book that can answer the question that burns like a fire in the mind."
- Lemony Snicket
Yes, in reality, it is sweltering, and I am basking in the Sun's heat.
But in my mind, I crave the sweet embrace of Winter's chill. Longing for the quietness of a snowy morning, when time comes to a pause.
