“are you serious? if honesty is being rude then you must get pretty insulted on a day to day basis, huh? but fine, i’ll try your weird little creation.”

in his own little world like always, hayden was dancing his life away with his headphones in his ears. he was mouthing the words and completely zoned out. hearing a muffled voice, the redhead whipped around and quickly removed his earphones. “ uh, SORRY, i didn’t hear anything you said. i was listening to ‘bootylicious’, ” hayden admitted, not even a bit ashamed.

“i said you’re a fucking weirdo–stop dancing, hayden.” em rolled her eyes at him, though admittedly she was enjoying the show, she was suffering from such second-hand embarrassment she couldn’t handle it. “don’t suppose you have a lighter?” she wondered, eyes wide and eager as she waited with a cigarette between her teeth. 

once they reached the car, andy grinned. “can do a lot more in a bedroom — i can wait.” he winked as he let go of her hand and climbed into the driver’s seat.

“ i bet people bring up your height on a daily basis, ” he spoke with the wave of his hand. “ it’s miraculous. how do you fit all of your organs AND such fire inside a tiny body ?? i’ll never know ‘cause i have skyscraper limbs. anyway—i’m pretty sure that only applies to men ‘cause lack of height makes dudes feel less masculine or whatever. ” he had never really experienced that himself, so he couldn’t say for sure. “ we should do a freaky friday body swap or something. ”

“mine’s right down the road.” he chuckled, accepting her hand in his as he began to pulled her toward the car he was driving. “think you can wait a mile?” he smirked.

“funny.” andy chuckled, leaning down to whisper in her ear lightly. “but you know i only kneel in the bedroom.” he was partially joking. “you could always ask somewhere else — maybe i can get past your ways for a moment long enough to.”

“agree to disagree, i guess. just know that all dogs are good in my eyes.” chuckling, he held his hands up, palms facing her. “fine, fine, i won’t force you into watching the best cartoon movie ever. well, maybe not ever. there’s a lot of great cartoon movies. like up! have you seen up?” he asked, beginning the walk back to his place. “of course, you’re my guest, how rude would it be of me for to expect you to bring the treats?”

“if you die from a dog i’m literally going to dance on your grave.” she shook her head, he was far too moronic to see eye-to-eye with. “i doubt it’s the best, like, have you even seen the road to el dorado? ‘cause nothing tops that. nothing. of course i’ve seen up, i didn’t get the hype though. there are better movies out there.” she nodded, quickly following him along–though she was rather short and so she took an extra step for each one of his. “i guess so, though i wouldn’t mind it if you were rude.”

andy rolled his eyes lightly as he approached the girl. “and what would i need to say? something along the lines of oh, your bitchiness, may i please? or something more peasant like.”

“what are you trying to do here? make me feel bad? ha. i stopped feeling years ago, sweetheart. your words don’t affect me.”

“ okay well—i wasn’t even looking at you to begin with. but now i am because i’m in awe. i didn’t know that someone so small could have so much rage and i truly am here for it. ”

The male laughed. “You want to meet Rubes?” He shook his head. “I mean yeah… she’s a firecracker though… She puts up with me so that should tell you what kind of girl she is.” When he heard that they were annoying he laughed. “Probably then. Because if they’ll annoy you they’ll sure as hell annoy me.”

“depends on the higher up.” em rolled her eyes before sending a forgiving smile towards india. “do you need something?”

“don’t be silly. all dogs are good, even the ones that growl. haven’t you seen all dogs go to heaven?” was she joking? how could she not know that all dogs were good dogs? elliot would just have to prove to her that dogs were good when he showed her mr. pb. “hell yeah! he loves new people, he’ll probably try to lick you, so sorry in advance. you can give him lots of treats, he lives for that shit.”

“a growl doesn’t make a good dog bad, even i know that–but not all dogs are good, that’s impossible. no i haven’t watched that shit, and no, i’mnot watching it.” she stated firmly, assuming his next course of action would be to tell her to do just that. “as long as you're supplying the treats, i’m a happy girl.”

Rory thought about it. “Honestly? I think you’re too old.” He looked at her and smiled softly. “Like not that you’re old by any means but my best friend is in the female division and she’s been training since she was born. When we are training for cut you’re training 7-8-9 hours a day. That’s something that you have to work up to. So no I don’t think you could do it babe.” He looked over at her. “I mean… it depends on why you want me to beat them up.”

“thank you! those are my two favorite adjectives to describe me. well, obviously you. and why does that person have the short end of the sick? what prize do they get? okay — my nana cares about me. she made me waffles this morning.”

Rory took the water and took a drink before pointing to the tv. “Different weight classes. He’s a welterweight, I was lightweight or super lightweight. He’s got about two three inches on me maybe and probably 30-50 pounds walking weight on me. So yeah, you still live with the best fighter in the world.. in my division.”

“awe, is someone a little cranky? have you not eaten your sixth meal today? like what? what are you going to bring to end my dumb ass? everything’s a little above your reach, sweetheart.”
