I knew I was going to be home alone tonight for the first time in a while, so I decided to have a little fun with some yogurt and strawberry milk. Didn't feel too good when I came home from work (bit of a headache and my stomach already felt kind of funny), so I wasn't sure if I should go on with it, but I did anyway.

Started feeling really full after two yogurts and two of the bottles of strawberry milk, which was a bit weird, because they are usually not that heavy on my stomach and I had planned on drinking four. Took a couple of gulps of water and realized how queasy I felt already.

I don't know if I got food poisoning or something at the holiday dinner I was at last night, or if my sick tummy is just struggling with all the holiday meals and glasses of wine I've had over the last few days... but either way, my stomach is really upset with me today. I woke up in the middle of the night last night with bad cramps and have been gassy all day. After lunch, I started getting so nauseous and I ended up not being able to keep lunch down. Part 1 - I actually puked naturally for the first bit for the first time in years. Luckily/unluckily for me, I have a really strong stomach and had to stuff myself so much before I actually puked. I’ll post the second part right away, this session lasted much longer than I anticipated.
