just had the idea of trans male shiho and he comes out to shizuku like "btw shizuku. im a trans guy and use he/him pronouns" and shizuku lags for a moment thinking and then somehow thinks that shihos actually been like. A guy this whole time and she somehow mistook him for a girl despite them being siblings and she goes "shiho, you should've told me sooner! i didn't know I was getting it wrong!" also i think shizuku would become even more clingy after shiho comes out. she introduces him like "this is my baby brother shiho!" even though she's only a year older and like she'll probably show up to kamiyama campus to deliver lunch everyday for him (given that shiho transfers which he probably would) even though shiho doesn't need her to. she'd show up and go to shihos class just to say hi and tell him to make sure to focus and that she loves him and then just goes back to her own school as if it was a quick detour. this is also funny because imagine being shihos classmate and legendary idol shizuku hinomori shows up for no reason other than to dote on her little brother and then leaves like nothing happened
