Introduction and Rules
I am Ell’ex, mirror pronouns; use for me what you use for yourself. I run interactive horror games for fun. This is to expand my horror writing skills and to bring enjoyment to the player. I choose players at random, but if you do not have a lot of time please decline. This takes a lot of time, energy, and planning.
LXHP1 was a rough first attempt which I have, unfortunately, still not processed by reblogging all of the story. As I go on I will get better, but I do apologize if for any bumps along the way.
Rules & Guidelines:
1. To decline the game, answer [No] to the first ask I send you; all other answers will accept.
2. Pick one answer for all asks unless otherwise specified.
3. [Redacted] options can be major help or deadly. Yes, you can die early on. No, you cannot be revived or undo any of your choices. If you wish to continue the story, say so in the ask or in my dms. You may continue from the pov of another existing character, be reborn, or otherwise. If you do not have a preference I will take creative direction.
4. I will reblog your answers here as a way to catalog them and may sometimes include little comments. Also, when/If you die, I will tag you and post your stats on this blog.
5. Each game is tailored to the player, if you do accept to play, please let me know any major triggers that you cannot handle (e.g. spiders). You can say this on your answer to the first ask or dm me. If you do neither I will assume all general horror typical things are alright.
6. This is all for fun. If at any time you lose interest, no longer have time for any reason, or want to quit, please dm me. I will send the final, closing ask, and you won’t receive anymore asks for the game.
7. If you have played one of my games before, then you won’t receive another invite.
8. If—while playing the game or after having played—you think you’ve figured out who I am, let me know in dms! I think it’d be really interesting if someone figured out who I am through these games. I’ll be truthful if you come to me with your guess, so don’t worry about me lying and saying you’re wrong when you’re not. I’d prefer for new players not to know who I am, but if your game has ended and you don’t know who I am (and want to) just dm and ask; I’ll tell you if you can’t guess. I won’t tell you while you’re in an ongoing game though.
Players:
@thechrysialid - First, test player. Apologies for not getting back to you on your stats. I am currently cataloging the game data and configuring the results, so thank you so much for playing. I have improved the game greatly thanks to your help!
[Please be aware that I may make mistakes or lose energy, and that I will try to be consistent with game asks. Your time matters as much to me as my own.]
