Out and about in the dystopian rainy night of Electric City...Moona Quaria is facing homophobic and transphobic attacks by fascists: they harass and catcall her: ´Is that a Boy or a Girl?, Tranny!, Faggot!´.

She´s not giving up as her SuperQueeroes comrades & friends show up, resist and fight back using their Queer-powers. Once rescued from her attackers, her resilience and resistance inspires and encourages every Soul facing distress, knowing that they are not alone against any transphobic, homophobic and authoritarian harrassment, prejudice or discrimination. 

The video also raises awareness on the conditions for Queers in Athens and Greece facing violence, especially after last years´s lynching of LGBTQ activist and drag performer´Zackie Oh´  A protest rally demanding justice was held last month in Athens and Amnesty International has called on the signature of the appeal to the Ministries of Justice and Citizens’ Protection.In November 2020, there will be a trial upon the murderers of Zak Kostopoulos (Zackie Oh) 

´The current status for queers and trans* in Greece involves the struggle of coping with the day by day survival, the new Covid regulations, from the fascist government and the increase of violence and police brutality. 

However, History changed on the 7th of October 2020, when the Athens Appeal Court convicted Golden Dawn (neo-Nazi and fascist party) as a criminal organization. 

The fight will not stop.

Electrosexual returns with a slice of acid-infused synthetic audio wisdom, pairing with forward-thinking psychedelic witch KARMA SHE for ‘Watch Me Lakshmi’. Marrying frantic acidic synth programming with a dirty low-slung bass line, the track is a fierce and urgent acid ’n’ high-hat rager that climaxes with cheeky vocal raps from KARMA SHE. A peak time workout. ´Watch me Lakshmi´ is about picturing and aknowledging the past, present and aiming at reconstructing and reinventing an utopian future. Watch me Lakshmi is a personal cyberpunk world of our dreams. It uses collage and assemblage from the old world through the use of traditional themes: the world egg, glowing flowers, radioactive nest and magic owls in order to channel empowerment, wisdom, continuity and victory.
