(i love you and your existence is valuable and you’re alive for a reason. if life has been hard for so long, it’s the negative vibes in the world realising hey this person has a beautiful spirit and is going to be a positive force on this earth better take note of their vulnerabilities and put a bit of pressure on them. and it’s so much easier to listen to that which is trying to destroy you inside instead of the whispers of angels that break through every now and then reminding you of your beauty and the bit of beauty that is left in the world despite all the horrors we are subjected to and that one day one day one day your situation will get better. it’s ok to struggle because it really isn’t easy to fight off negative energy but just know every day you manage to survive is like a little patch of sunlight breaking through the fog even if you barely made it today or the only thing you managed to do is wake up you should be proud of yourself because everything is hard but you still made it and you are still worth it)
