It could be the lack of human interaction, maybe a slight sense of depression. Actually, in fact, maybe it is the routine. Routine can be one of these things to be beneficial or harmful. Routine is boring, I find it boring, how can one live a life without spontaneity? Like, at that point, are you living? Are you living for yourself? What kind of autonomy do you truly have when you do the same thing day in and day out? You can say you lived, but by no means can you call that a good life.

If there is one thing I've learned in my years on this planet, it's that the happiest and most fulfilled people I've known are those who devoted themselves to something bigger and more profound than merely their own self interest
