This Slim Down Pear and Spinach Green Smoothie, which is sometimes called "Slenderberry," is a tasty and healthy way to get more energy and help you reach your weight loss goals. Full of healthy things like fresh pear, spinach, and Greek yogurt, this treat is filling and cool.
Ingredients: 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored, and chopped. 2 cups fresh spinach leaves. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon honey optional for sweetness. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: In a blender, mix the chopped pear and fresh spinach leaves. Put the plain Greek yogurt, honey if you want, ground cinnamon, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract into the blender. You can also add a few ice cubes if you'd like your smoothie to be colder. Mix everything together until it's smooth and creamy. To make sure everything is well mixed, you might need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender. Put the Slenderberry Smoothie in a glass and drink it right away!
