Instructions: In a food processor, combine white beans, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish, if desired.
