A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can perhaps buy precious time to get themselves to a phone and dial 911. As someone who has been revived: THIS.
I’ve had to learn a couple different techniques to combat this due to my heart condition. Being revived is NOT fun guys, would not recommend, and everyone should know how to help themselves.
Turns out stepdads refusal to sign up to a dentist, has come back to bite him.
Jaw infection spread to his ear. He's doped up to his eyes on medication, a few referrals and a stern talking to by doctors and my mum.
He's very silly for leaving it so long, and very lucky. If ignored any longer, anything could have happened. Worse case would be sepsis.
His GP just requires a kick up the English channel, can't get or Keep an appointment at all. Mines pretty much like that too.

Managed to get through winter with minimal extra issues. My mum's m.s has tried tried going after her eye sight, luckily it's temporary; still not making her feel any better. She does like her puzzles.
Big sis has done something to her right arm, won't see a doc at all. It screams of muscle damage. Also very likely now she has arthritis too.... The joys of DNA. Lol.
Now the cluster fuck!!
Stepdad is in hospital, rallying around my mum; he should be out by Wednesday... Possible mini stroke.
Upside is my uncle is cancer free, Olivia is doing well and loving the one on one attention; she's a security cat in the evening.
Government is going after the benefits system and the disabled. Again!. It's an election year so they are desperate. I'm due a reassessment and I'm just waiting for the letter, they switched from brown to white envelopes too; as if I don't dread the post enough.

Now I'm well into the colder months and I know about arthritis settling in....I'm noticing I ache and creak more.

Face mask already in my bag, I want to keep my virus to myself; it's a present off my stepdad, he has just recovered from it. COVID booster Thursday....I swore I wouldn't do that again; but I can't repeat last December. I felt so ill.
If you are on British gas in the UK, though it would be better if they did this all month; half price electric (possibly gas) on the 25th.
Set for black outs anyway, the cold snap and bad storms this time of year; best to keep that plan ready.

Add to that randomly dropping things, luckily nothing too fragile. Dropping my phone on the carpet is ok, i was sat down at the time.
Patiently waiting for Iceland to start another eruption.
This one may pull a Kilauea, bury some homes.. the town has an evacuation order. It's taking ages with its build up, causing large rock slide, property damage; even the capital feel some of the quakes, some have had sleepless nights.
Hopefully the damage to residential areas is minimal, and it ignores their power plant.
