The "Sazzy Razzy Split", a split base sazerac with banana. Spirit forward with fruity undertones. Very rich.
Recipe:
Rinse a lowball with absinthe and toss before pouring in the drink
In a mixing glass, stir
20ml rye whiskey
20ml bourbon
20ml cognac
20ml crème de banane
4 dashes peychaud's or creole bitters
1 dash angostura
1 dash orange bitters

Today's creation: Daiquiri Whaquiri
A boozy devil that bridges the gap between a Daiquiri, a tiki drink, and a bramble
Recipe:
50ml overproof dark rum (I use OFTD)
20ml fresh lime juice
20ml 1:1 demerara syrup (use less if using 2:1)
Shake hard and dirty pour into empty glass
Top with crushed ice
Float 20ml crème de banane
Garnish with a spent lime shell and a rose
Been a bit. Today's cocktail is a gomme agridaiquiri. Earthy, funky, smooth. Delightful, but an acquired taste.

20ml passion fruit syrup (1:1)
10ml cherry brandy
15ml: grapefruit juice, lemon juice, falernum, averna
Fill glass with crushed ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry :)
Hi, I've been listening to the Lucky Day audiobook and I have a question. What's in a Virgin White Russian?
well the ingredients of a white russian are vodka, coffee liquor, heavy cream and ice
so a virgin white russian would be debatable how to make (what do you do with the coffee liquor?). but PERSONALLY what i would do if i was the bartender is probably just coffee, heavy cream, and ice although some bars have non alcoholic spirits so maybe some replacement fake vodka too
so either a HECK OF AN ORDER or maybe just a super confusing way to order a strange iced coffee

Thoughts on virgin white russian? If someone ordered one, how would you make it?
I would most likely make a stranged iced coffee. Just coffee and cream/milk over ice. Maybe add a splash of water. Someone asked for a non-alcoholic espresso martini at work the other week and I'd say that if they're fine with it, using a different non-alc base spirit is your best shot. Do I know if that tequlia-ish espresso martini was good? no. it wasn't sent back so it must have been good enough

How I made it:
Stir in mixing glass and strain into an old fashioned glass over ice.
2 dashes creole bitters
40ml straight rye whiskey
20ml pimento dram
10ml brown sugar syrup
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and 1 dash of angostura aromatic bitters

This cocktail inspired by homestuck character Aradia Megido is savory, spicy, and flavorful.
How I made this:
Shake and fine strain into highball glass
4 dashes angostura aromatic bitters
2 dashes soy sauce
30ml cinnamon syrup
20ml: blanco tequila, grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice
10ml bénédictine D.O.M
A pinch of ground cayenne pepper
Top with crushed ice
Update to my Megido:
I've switched out the cayenne for 15ml of chili liqueur, making the drink much more consistent and tastier.
The original recipe doesn't specify which soy sauce to use. I use Japanese style soy sauce, but have yet to try it with other types.

This one is a bit out there. It's freak shit if I'm being honest. It's weird. It does not feel like this should exist, but it is quite nice actually.

30ml lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
Express and mount a lemon zest

Slightly bastardized version of a normal zombie since I don't have overproof rum nor can I stand the taste of absinthe.

How to make this:
Build in highball
20ml vodka
20ml violet liqueur
Fill cranberry juice
Garnish with banana triangles on either side of the glass to resemble ears
A slight alteration of a Waterlily cocktail :)
It's sweet and botanical. A good cocktail if you enjoy gin
