“Why was I arrested?! I’ve done nothing wrong!” the Doctor shouted as he pulled at the restraints holding him to the table.

The Torliok officer sighed and rolled his eyes. “Sir, we have footage of you behaving inappropriately towards your companion in public.”

“What?! What do you mean?”

The officer continued. “In fact, we have hours of security footage of you staring lewdly at your companion’s backside and chest region.”

The Doctor gaped. “You have h–hours of what?!”

With a long suffering sigh, the officer pinched the bridge of his nose. “Sir, it is illegal to behave in such a manner towards another being in this sector–”

“I wasn’t staring–well–I mean, she was distracting–her skirt was just so–it wasn’t like I meant to stare–not that I was–”

“Sir, you will be sentenced to a full day of confinement–”

“What?! What about my trial? I should be given a trial!”

“–to reflect on your behavior so that you can act according to the law in the future.” The officer pressed a button on the wall to call other officers in to escort the Doctor to his cell. “In the meantime, your companion will be compensated for the duration of your incarceration at the local relaxation and recovery center. Any questions?”

“I have several! What kind of rubbish judiciary system do you run on this planet? I was most certainly not behaving in a–a lewd manner towards Rose!” The Doctor struggled against the officers trying to move him towards the doorway. “You can even ask her!”

“We did and she tried to cover for you, but her face reddened as she did so which we know to be a sign of falsehood in humans. It was clear that she knew about your behavior even when you thought she wasn’t looking.”

“She–she–I wasn’t–she knew? I was careful–no–she couldn’t haven’t seen me looking–”

“I’ll take that as a confession.”

“Now you wait a minute, I wasn’t confessing to anything! Hey, let me go–”

Ten x Rose, ~2000 words, nsfw

The Doctor and Rose seek comfort in each other after nearly losing each other at Canary Wharf.

“Save her!” the Doctor screamed. “Jackie, save her!”

Terror flooded his mind, mostly his own, but Rose’s was adding to the mix. Her body was pulled parallel to the ground and her hands were scrabbling with her lever. It was only a matter of time before she lost her tenuous grip.

With his hearts in his throat, he watched his mother-in-law sprint up to his wife and grab her wrists.

“I’ve got you, sweetheart,” Jackie assured. “I’ve got you.”

His anxiety didn’t abate until the winds from the Void died down until they finally stopped, disappearing along with the gaping portal that had been in the wall. His feet touched the ground, and he scrambled to stand as he watched Rose’s lower body fall to the floor.

Her knees hit the floor, and she let go of her lever, and the Doctor sprinted to her. Shoving past Jackie, he fell to his knees in front of his wife, needing to know she was okay, needing to feel her in his arms.

A jump made a few seconds too late changes everything for the Doctor, Rose, Pete, and Jackie.

As Rose Tyler found herself hurtling towards the Void, there was a brief flicker in her mind that this was it. No way back. After only a few days had passed since promising the Doctor forever, and after only four months of being in a proper relationship, it would all be snatched away.

And that was worst of all; the fact they’d got so little time together before they were torn apart. But before she could dwell on the situation any longer, she’d twisted in the air, somehow turning to face the Void. But it wasn’t the blinding light, or the gaping nothingness she saw. It was…

Pete was there, arms out, ready to catch her, dimension hopper in hand.

Ten/Rose, Canon Divergence

When Rose makes a different choice in the lever room, it becomes clear that maybe a different decision can do a world of good.

It was the way the Doctor’s fingers dug into her arms that first suggested to Rose that the Doctor was far from pleased that she’d defied his orders.

“Once the breach collapses, that’s it,” the Doctor all but growled. “You will never be able to see her again. Your own mother!”

Despite the height difference, Rose fixed the angry Time Lord with a stare. “I made my choice a long time ago,” she told him firmly, “and I’m never gonna leave you. So what can I do to help?”

The Doctor clenched his jaw in barely-contained rage, and for a moment, she thought he might argue some more. But then, an electronic device announced that the systems had been rebooted, and the Doctor deflated a little.

“Those coordinates over there,” he told her, pointing at a computer, “set them all at six. And hurry up.”

Deciding not to take offence at his harsh tone, Rose did as she was told, dropping the dimension hopper onto the desk as she did so. They worked in silence, for several minutes, and it was only after the coordinates were set that Rose was startled to see another window pop up on her computer screen.

The agenda for the day was reading books by the tropical resort’s pool. But for the Doctor and Rose, it was a weak pretense for sneaking looks at each other in thinly veiled attraction.

He had to admit, when he dreamt of traveling with Rose again, he hadn’t pictured family vacations to the Caribbean. He truly did enjoy playing with Tony, and getting to know Pete was soothing his apprehension about joining Torchwood as a contractor, but he had only been in this universe with Rose for one month. They were still learning about who each other had become in their time apart, and he was still settling into being human, which sometimes meant having domestic rows he never would have thought he’d have. On the other hand, it also meant being surprised by positive humany emotions. One of those emotions being desire.

He hadn’t experienced it often in his 900+ years, but Rose Tyler never failed to overwhelm him.

“It reminded me of you.”

Tentoo x Rose

The Doctor followed close behind Rose as she swung the door to her flat open and walked in. He wasn’t really sure what to expect or what was expected of him. There was still so much they hadn’t talked about so he just kept his mouth shut for now and followed her lead.

The door closing behind him sounded disproportionately loud in the quiet space.

“Home sweet home, I guess,” Rose said, wry smirk on her face. “Not much here, to be honest, but it’s a blank slate for us now.”

He walked up next to her, looking around at the sparsely furnished living room. “You didn’t think you’d be coming back,” he said, words falling heavily as he was faced with the reality that she had been doing her best to not make this flat a home.

He’d seen how Rose made herself at home and it involved putting stuff everywhere. Her room back on the Estate had been crowded with little bits of memorabilia from years past and trinkets picked up because she liked the look of them and had a quid to spare that day.

She’d made the TARDIS her home too. She’d spread little bits of herself, blankets and shoes and jackets, everywhere. He’d occasionally chided her over making a mess but he’d loved the way she had settled in like she planned to stay.

This though, this room was practically empty in comparison. It was clean and tidy and wholly lacking in personality.

“I didn’t,” she admitted. “But I’m here and I’m with you and now we can make this place a bit more homey.” She reached out and found his hand to squeeze. “Or we can go find somewhere new, I’m obviously not attached.”

“Rose…”

“Let me show you something,” she said, not letting him continue. She pulled him towards her bedroom which at least showed signs of her living there. She left him in the doorway and picked her way across the room in the dark until she reached a lamp. Rose rolled her finger across the power dial and suddenly the room was awash in pinpricks of light.

“It’s like a planetarium,” he said, stepping forward to get a better look at the spread of stars on her walls. “You brought the stars to your flat.”

“It reminded me of home,” Rose said. “Reminded me of you.”

Happy international kissing day everyone! Here is a bit of Tentoo and Rose fluff to celebrate.

Rose awoke slowly to the feeling of lips trailing across the skin of her bare belly. Hands pushed her shirt up further, then the lips pressed kisses along the underside of her breasts.

She moaned and rolled over onto her back.

“Morning,” he murmured into her skin. “Today’s a very important day.”

“Hmm?” Rose wracked her brain to try and first figure out the date, and then to determine its importance. Their anniversary? No, that had been yesterday. Heat flared in her belly at the memories of how they’d spent the anniversary of the day she’d gotten her Doctor back, and the memories added to the current heat pooling in her gut.

“It’s international kissing day,” he whispered, sucking a nipple into his mouth. “The best holiday there is. And how better to spend it than kissing every inch of your gorgeous body?”

Rose moaned and arched into his lips, before she buried her fingers into his hair and tugged his face up to hers.

“Well, don’t leave me out of the celebrations,” she purred, and she pulled his lips to hers for the first of many kisses on this glorious holiday.

Rose wasn’t sure what woke her in the middle of the night. She blinked her eyes open, her pulse quickening for a second when she didn’t recognize the room around her. But then her memory came back with a rush, and a breathless laugh left her lips. She was in Jane’s bedroom, and the other woman was sleeping right next to her.

Ten x Rose, Mature

His clothes were gone. Completely. Vanished. Vamoosed. Lost. His trousers, his undershirt, his oxford, his suit jacket, his pants. Gone!

The Doctor stared unblinkingly at the pile of clothes that were definitely not there anymore, stark naked and dripping water onto the lakeshore. The only thing not missing was his silky swirly tie, and what exactly was that supposed to cover?

But suddenly, a large, furry creature scurried down from a nearby tree and was headed straight towards him. Yelping, the Doctor jumped back and cupped his hands protectively in front of him, because who knew what this creature might be after…

“No, wait!”

His tie, apparently.

“Come back here!”
