Life gets better, you will get better, things change (for the good)

At the start of this year I was at the lowest I’ve ever been, mentally and physically I was tired, numb and just simply done

Now, not even a year later, I am the happiest I have ever been, healing the relationship I have with food, my body and myself. It took a lot ofcourse and it wasn’t always easy, it still isn’t always easy. But I can proudly say that I am actually, truthfully happy where I am right now

But it still hurts to know that she needs so much time alone when she’s feeling down, while all I need right now is just one moment with her.

Just one moment of feeling the chaos come to a halt

The chill I feel deep within my bones when i’m cold

It reminds me of sickness, but it’s also nostalgic

- will this be my healing era, and

- will I prove to them how bad I can get
