Dua for Anxiety

Method Say 3 times before and after

اللّهُمّ صَلّ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ

allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin

O Allah: (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

40 times :

سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ صَبُورُ   SubhanAllahe Saburu

Glory be to Allah, Patient One [Disclaimer: Now I’m not sure if it is SubhanAllahe Ya Saburu, Because that would be written differently. I have to check because Arabic isn’t my first language. But this is what I have, that was written down by my mom which was given from someone on the phone. So you can read this. But I will edit this out if I find out otherwise. or if anyone knows please let me know. Allahu A’lam]

أَلاَ بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ

 ALA BIZIKRILLAHI TATMA INNUL QULOOB

(Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.) (Qur’an 13: 28)

 This is a really strong dua…

inshaAllah anyone with anxiety will be cured..this was given to me by someone I know so this may not be on duas.org..I haven’t seen it there.

try reading daily or as much as you may need it according to your self..

Dua Before Entering The Toilet

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

O Allah, I seek refuge with you from all evil and evil-doers . ~ Reported, narated by Bukhari & Muslim

annee massaniya alddurru waanta arhamu alrrahimeena

So good! I particularly despise it when girls comment ‘If I was a hijabi…dadadadada..’ 

Seriously woman, do you even know what a hijabi has to deal with in a modernizing world?

اللّهُـمَّ إِنّـي أَعـوذُبِكَ أَنْ أُشْـرِكَ بِكَ وَأَنا أَعْـلَمُ، وَأَسْتَـغْفِرُكَ لِما لا أَعْـلَمْ

Allaahumma innee a’oothu bika an oshrika bika wa-ana a’lam, wa-astaghfiruka lima laa a’lam.

Duaa for rescue from tough situations

“Ya hayyu ya qayyuum, birahmatika astagheeth.”

Intending do do something - INSHA-ALLAH

Something is being praised - SUBHAAN-ALLAH

In pain and distress - YA-ALLAH

Expressing appreciation - MASHA-ALLAH

Thanking someone - JAZAK-ALLAH

Awakening from sleep - LA-ILAHA-ILL ALLAH

Taking an oath - WALLAH-BILLAH

Sneezing - ALHAMDO-LILLAH

Someone else sneezes - YAR-HAMOK-ALLAH

Repenting for a sin - ASTAGH-FERULAH

Giving charity - FI-SABI-LILLAH

Having love for someone - LIHUB-BULLAH

Getting married - AMAN-TO-BILLAH

Parting from someone - FI-AMAAN ALLAH

Problems appear - TAWAK-KALTO-AL-ALLAH

Unpleasantness appears - NA-UZO-BILLAH

Pleasantness appears - FATA-BARAK-ALLAH

Participating in prayer - AMEEN
