Hello people!!

I'm so excited now you can't even imagine!

In one of my posts I told you about my work and how I don't like the place where I work. And since I'm to young to work in some better place like restaurant it's impossible for me to find another job. But I have a friend who is a little bit much older then me and she works in the one of the most famous restaurant chains in our country aaand she talked to someone about me and today I have interview with her boss for applying for this job!!

They decide to do an exception for me and try to give me a chance and I can't lose it, I need this job very much so I hope everything will be fine.

Have you ever missed someone you never met?

I feel like this since I was a little kid and I think that this somehow affects me. When I was a little baby my grandpa died from cancer.

He was my mother's dad, and all my life long she told me that we are very alike. I sadly don't remember him and 'm always so sad that I didn't had the chance to get to know him because my mother always say something like " if only your grandpa was alive, he could've helped you with this". And when I try to learn something new like chess for example, my mom also always say that he would've live to play chess with me because no one else in our family can do it.

He was very interested in math and physics just as I do. He was the only person in our family who liked reading and I love reading. He was very smart and liked to listen to the music and talk about all kind of topics and those are things that I really like. And every time I listen to music or read or play chess or do math or even write I think about him.

I never met him but I really love him very much and I miss him all the time, I think my life would be more different if he were still alive and I think we could've be best friends.

As child I always said that if I got to decide which superpower I want to have then I would choose the ability to bring people back to life, or if I had three wishes then the first one were to bring him back to life and the second wish were then to erase all diseases like cancer from our planet.

A few months ago I started to notice that my friends all have so many red flags, and I thought that people are always talking about red flags in boyfriends or girlfriends but never in friends so I decided to tell you what I think is a red flag in a FRIEND.

First of all I think is the most important thing in all friendships is support. If your friend doesn't support you then trust me they are not your friend because it is very important to have the ability to tell your friend something and then get support from them.

My second point is respect and understanding. If your friend doesn't understand or respect you or maybe your opinion then this is not your true friend. Friends were made to share opinions with each other and discussing things and if your friend can't respect or understand you then how do you want to discuss something? Yes right you just don't and if you do then it might very mostly turn into a fight.

Last but not least is when they are trying to be better then you. Some people might not care about it at all, but for me, if I notice that my friend is over and over again is trying to be better then me by idk copying, hurting, or even insulting me then I'm very sure that person is anything BUT my friend.

I wrote those from my own experiences so I know how all of it feels and I really hope none of you will ever get to experience this too.

Hello people! In two hours I need to go to work and I wanted to tell you about it.

I'm a teenager and in my whole life I only worked at two places, both were cafes. I'm currently working in cafe too. I just thought that I want to share my experience with you so maybe you can give me so advice or learn from my mistakes. At my first job as waitress I allowed my boss to treat me very bad because I was 15 years old and I didn't want to lose my job and it was a huge mistake. I think he understood that so he used me how he wanted to, he would give me extra tasks which were like actually crazy, but it wasn't even the worse part. The worse part was that he always commented my body and how mature I was. One time I was showing him something on my phone and then he took it away and started scrolling trough my gallery, and I told him to stop but he just didn't listen to me. Then he always said thinks like " lift your shirt for me" and some other awful stuff which I don't even want to mention. I was just ignoring it because I really needed a job and no one else would take me with my age and no work experience.

Now I work at different cafe and my new boss doesn't comment my body and stuff like that but he treats me really bad, and I didn't even realized it fully until I started telling my friends what he does and says, and they told me that its not okay.

I don't really know why I always have luck to get myself into something like this but I hope someday I'm going to get a better job with good salary and a kind boss.
