had the idea of making this guy HUGE, as i wanted him to be a beast tamer for specialized hunts

so.. since female yautjas are absolute units, made him ftm!

some cool stylized chest scars for when he was blooded

while he's capable of becoming a elite, it's not something he was ever interested in

he separated himself from his clan after being blooded, seeking his own worth in a new world

he ends up finding a mythical world that houses magical wonders and terrifying inhabitants

which is how he lost his arm, to a local dragon species known as a Draker. this same Draker becoming his life long partner in hunts later on

Really love the idea of twisting the tales of the Bogatyrs into HxH with a more medieval horror aspect!!

So the main premise is to focus around the CAA and the ants, which are now more like eldritch horrors beyond man's conception.

Each Royal Guard would have a certain role/duty to fulfill that both aids the king and helps the palace/country they took hold in.

For example;

Pitou would be considered the Kings Royal Medic and Court Puppeteer(the humans as puppets), while Pouf would be the Kings Royal Advisor and Palace Sorcerer!

Everything truly sparks when Pitou 'kills' a Holy Beast Knight known as Kite, which is what gets the world's Dukes and Kings to gain notice of how the ants activities have grown.

The two designs above are purely just ideas, of course went to designing my favorite characters first for the AU. Youpi being a Kings Royal Guard and War Beast(in this AU Meruem controls a whole army) while Morel is one of the Bogatyrs(along with Knov and Netero) who were chosen for the extermination.
