Unsurprisingly, as Ganondorf is lacking in this department, I've decided to combine the only two parts of this series into one big post for comparison's sake. While the Gerudo do place a heavy cultural emphasis on love, I believe Ganondorf largely rejects this for two reasons:

A. He's either too preoccupied with taking over Hyrule or believes himself too good to develop feelings for anyone, or...

B. The Gerudo and their ideas about love had not been expanded upon in these pre-BOTW pieces of media. Thus, love is irrelevant.

It's also important to note that neither of the aforementioned 'love interests' are people Ganondorf can be said to genuinely love. While he is implied to be willing to marry both of them (also a big whopping deal in Gerudo culture, but whatever), he seems to tolerate the relationship more than anything.

I'd never heard of Hyrule Total War before looking into this, so forgive me if I get anything wrong about Nabooru and Ganondorf's relationship. I'm mainly going off the wiki. Behold:

While this relationship likely has less merit (though neither are canon to the legit Zelda timeline) as it's merely part of a mod for Medieval II: Total War: Kingdoms, it's still interesting to look at.

Ganondorf expresses similar attraction to Princess Zelda in episode 4 of the cartoon, 'Kiss N' Tell', when he kidnaps her, imprisoning her in a bed chamber (his or otherwise). He states he wants to kiss her and calls her "my dear".

He kidnaps and does the same thing to her in episode 7 'Doppelganger', creepily touching her chin and cooing to her.

Also, later in episode 10 'Hitch in The Works' when he plots to marry her via mind controlling her with an enchanted necklace; "I want that Princess, for once I place this jewel of control around her neck, the Princess will do anything I say, even marry me and make me ruler of all Hyrule!"

He sends his moblin goons to kidnap her in a surprisingly non-violent manner, like they literally just carry her away. He very gleefully calls her "my future bride" and is even nice enough to get her a veil for the shotgun but very official ceremony.

Take all this with a grain of salt, though, because he also tries to feed her to a giant crab in episode 2. You could read this as some weird 'if I can't have you, no one can' yandere type thing, but I really don't see it. If anything, I think his strange behavior is fuelled by him being in his beast form.
