I want to make more post finale Jax art, but I just haven't found the right idea yet.

In the meantime, take this quick painting.

My favorite character in Undertale is Asriel

I think there are similarities between him and Jax (explained after the break)

I finally mapped my system

I used ponytown to make my entire system don't @ me

Simply put, Dawn is our self, when things run smoothly in my head, he fronts.

Jessie is our heart and inner child, she supports us from her safe space and speaks up when we need moral guidance or if we lose sight of what matters.

Mestie and Maroon are sisters and when things are less good they yin and yang til we balance out.

They

represent 8 alters each, those are time period/interest specific.

If things worsen the 16 sub conscious alters or sub fronters start fronting depending on needs and rapid switch sometimes for a whole month until we balance out and cycle repeats depending on needs.

At least thats my current understanding

Right now it's still Mestie and Maroon but I think we're getting close to balance

And for those people who have access to mobility devices but might benefit from a second chair they can abuse without risking expensive damage…

Erik Kondo has made a website, Open Source Innovations, that details plans for DIY wheelchairs. These wheelchairs can be made from common materials like wood, plastic, and pvc. They are lightweight and can be custom fit to the user allowing from the same degree of movement you would get from a custom chair. And they are durable and easily repairable. (he has been stress testing his latest design by dropping it down stairs, dropping it out of a car, launching it across a driveway, and throwing it off a deck). Its 12lbs and I think he said its was in the $200 ish range for parts.

He also is working on cheap, open source, accessible designs for beach chairs, off road chairs, motorized attachments (think smart drive), and so on. Plus he skateboards in his wheelchair. Cool dude, helpful info, pass it on.

It's incredibly sad people have to resort to this, but it's a damn good resource. Use it. Spread awareness. Maybe one day people with physical disabilities won't need DIYs like this. But until then, reblog and share.

best case scenario Digital Circus gets remembered in a similar way as Steven Universe: a show that was Really Fucking Good and had nuanced characters and interesting things to say, but the audience wasn't quite ready for it and it imploded into a discourse ball. four years from now I expect to see lesbians drawing Jax like she's a renaissance muse the same way people still draw Pearl or Lapis

Y’all I’m being so serious when I say this: go to the library for witchcraft reasons.

You can usually find books on witchcraft, yes, but there’s also field guides on local foraging and wildlife, cookbooks, books that teach you how to craft and DIY, books about environmental protection and stewardship, books on how to use herbs medicinally, books about other religions, cultures, and spiritual practices. My favorite local library even has a seed swapping program and fantastic resources to research your own family history!

Go to the library for witchcraft. Please. :) <3

A while ago I hosted a poll of various TADC related things I wanted to draw, and what you guys wanted to see next. I did not expect a short, informational, comic involving Theater Etiquette to come in 2nd place. So here it is!!

This was meant to be simple, but, as expected, I went waaaay overboard lol. I'm actually super happy with how it turned out!
