A Star Wars fic about justice, and about what it looks like for fear and compassion to war against each other within that realm. As someone with a background in justice-like fields, I adored this fic and its take on how Anakin and Obi-Wan would respond to the execution of the law. It is based around such a strong and interesting premise, and it is written perfectly.

An open-ended Star Wars one-shot about the tension between two people with things unsaid. Absolutely beautiful and it made me want to hug both of my parents.

A Star Wars modern college AU about the idea of penance and of love persevering across time. This fic genuinely made me cry in a way that no other fics ever have. I love it and I will love it to the end of my days.

A Star Wars one-shot about desperately wishing for the comfort and safety you had in the past. I think I've read this fic at least 20 times, thinking about my own childhood and my family and how much I want that back, and every time I wonder whether Obi-Wan will stay and every time the ending is fresh water on a parched throat - sheer relief.

A short Star Wars one-shot from an outside perspective about a small moment of hope between two people. I think about this fic on a weekly basis, it's so tender and such a small delicate moment, and it is those moments that paint our minds with light.

A Star Wars one-shot about community and how care looks different in different people. It's adorable and fluffy and the fic version of a hot chocolate with piles of marshmallows. I wish I could read it for the first time again and experience that same delight!

A Batfam fic about how we sit on a precipice pretending we don't see the edge when our world is collapsing, and how hard we cling. This fic hit me in the fucking gut. I have never read anything that packs a punch quite like it. It is exquisite and builds tension like nobody's business, and I absolutely adore it.
It's the Great Father's Day, Ted Lasso by @sighonaraa
A Ted Lasso fic about the himboest himbos being kenough. This is hands down the funniest thing I've ever read and I go back to it every time I have a subpar day.

A One Piece: Live Action fic about how love looks like knowing someone well. It's a de-ageing fic and the crew family comes in clutch. Sweet, soft, beautiful.
Emotional Security by @kcscribbler
A Star Trek: The Original Series fic about how we show love and how we can receive it. While I love all things Star Trek, and this fic was a good one (as usual - kcscribbler is a fantastic author), the last chapter hit me hard and I think about this fic often. As someone currently living far away across the world while her mother goes through cancer treatment, the love that Kirk shows to Spock in the face of his mother's illness has a powerful resonance in my own life. Kcscribbler captures the emotions and the expressions (outward and otherwise) of compassion so well.
