okay but consider nine alpha x hiro. like what if zero two and alpha had their roles reversed and alpha was the first clone from the klaxosaur princess, and zero two part of the rest of the alpha clones? and alpha was the one hiro saw undergoing those shitty tests when they were still kids? and when hiro climbs up outside his window anyway alpha takes a whole 30 seconds to hesitate before he’s willing to go and follow hiro out into the outside world;, and when they meet up again (first ep) alpha is rlly cold and callous but warms up to hiro anyway and when they pilot together squad 13 is like buT how is alpha a pistil and he would be cocky as hell when he explains,, like i know it’s not exactly possible but it’s just a bunch of what ifs anyway -
