I want them to eventually realize how unhealthy they are for eachother and they have a heart-to-heart because right now they aren't revealing their full selves to eachother. Tommy breaks down and is forced to reveal she's actually much more fragile than she looks, and while she's gone Masacrik realizes he does actually like her and misses her. They'll never be a regular, loving couple, but atleast they can talk.

Vincent Whittman died in the 1950s so he was present during the wave of Communism but he's obviously outdated so I just imagine Vincent seeing Masacrik, a Russian, at the "Tommy's Favorite Characters" party and going "that motherfucker is a communist" and then its on sight
