i am reading comments of people saying "this is just what aging naturally looks like." honey, you do NOT lose that kind of fat in your cheeks and face. I barely weighed 90lbs at any given moment growing up, and i have full fucking cheeks. You can look at pictures of them from a year before their surgery or them taking weight loss supplements and see exactly that there is nothing natural about what is happening.

it is not normal to be as thin as they are, and this is coming from someone who was actually that thin and still didn't look like the fat was sucked from every part of my body. you NEED fat, you NEED healthy fats and fuck it unhealthy fats too. You NEED to eat, to exercise in ways you are able, you NEED to drink water and you certainly need self love.

don't let evil think it owns everything, that it has succeeded in making this plane of neutral existence, this place of balance, think it is only misery and evil. The system of human and mortal greed is what is hell and has rained fire on us, not this earth, not this place. people control people, and they have since the dawn of humanity.
