Jaime and Bart had a whole season for their relationship, they still being so good friends. For the love of God. He was first, the one and original boy for him...

Just because the “age difference” you don’t have to put another guy for him.

I mean yeah, is cute Bart have a kind of... Boyfriend? but... is not the way.

The answer is I love them !!! and am completely invested in every facet of their relationship whether that be platonic, romantic, unrequited, enemies, lovers, etc. etc. though I am the weakest for unrequited because I am admittedly a ho for unrequited peter x anyone and let’s be real for a moment, Peter only goes for perfect tens and not even this perfectly coiffed mustache is going to change that fact.

I do love them in versions beyond 616 canon too–like in TASM (I could totally get behind a good childhood friends to maybe lovers to definitely enemies) and the Spider-Man PS4-verse although we don’t know much about Harry except that I already love him deeply.  It’s a shame that these iterations have so little content, whenever I search the tag it’s mostly just Raimi-verse and whatever new cartoon is being churned out this year (sigh). 

Obviously, 616 is my bread and butter.  Peter and Harry are both some of the most nuanced and interesting characters in all of comics and their dynamic together is just *chef’s kiss* incredible.  They mean so much to each other whether as a best friend or worst enemy and because of that adding a romantic angle to their relationship is easy and backed up by how the comics already provide such complex and deep emotional weight to their interactions. The love!  The betrayal!  The loyalty!  It’s all here folks! Also sometimes you see a panel and just go ‘yeah, I ship that’ –
