I think they definitely drunk kissed once and then Harry got super guilty and pushed Peter away and pretends he forgot about it, he didn't.

If they ever got the chance to actually just be together and not have something happen ever .5 seconds I think Peter would just love to carry Harry everywhere. Like he'd grab him and toss him over his shoulder and just swing over to wherever Harry needs to go. He thinks it's funny, Harry does not but would probably go along with it still.
