🍇🍓🍒 RECEITA DE CLAFOUTIS ❤

Ingredientes:
4 ovos (usei 3)
60g de manteiga
100g de farinha de trigo
150g de açúcar (usei 100g)
50ml de rum (usei pinga 😂)
120ml de leite
400g de uva Vitória (pode fazer com mirtilo, framboesa, cereja e outras frutas também) (usei 1 bandeja de morangos)
1 colher de sobremesa de baunilha
1 colher de sobremesa de fermento químico
1 pitada de sal (se a manteiga tiver sal nao precisa).

Lave as uvas e seque-as. (No meu caso, morangos) Separe as gemas dos ovos e bata as claras em neve.

Numa vasilha coloque a manteiga derretida, o leite, o rum, o açúcar, as gemas peneiradas, e a baunilha, misture bem com o fouet. Vá acrescentando a farinha aos poucos sempre misturando para não empelotar, então acrescente o fermento e misture. No final acrescente as claras em neve a massa e misture delicadamente. Despeje em uma forma refratária ou assadeira e vá colocando as uvas distribuindo na massa.

Asse por cerca de 45min. Depois de assada salpique açúcar de confeiteiro. Fica uma delícia geladinha ou temperatura ambiente.
