just found out that some ppl think that spamton actually died when he was an addison (due to dunking in acid lake or maybe something else??) and became a ghost and ended up possessing one of the unused dummies that the addisons were using to sell clothes, like the one in-game wearing the blue dress....... this honestly makes a lot of sense. first of all the dummy looks exactly like spamton and i refuse to believe that's a coincidence. there's also the fact that the dummy! leitmotif appears in big shot, and the way spamton appears to be related to mettaton in some way. both mettaton and the mad dummy/mad mew mew are ghosts possessing physical objects. idk i can't be bothered going into a lot of detail but when you think abt it this theory makes a lot of sense
