What if, and hear me out, the sun going down earlier and the inner urge to go to bed at 6/7pm is thought of in a positive light like, "my body feels the pull of night and is asking to rest, so I will listen" instead of "everything is dark and depressing and sleeping is a part of the depression", and you decide to embrace the early morning / being awake before everyone else to take a little extra tender time with yourself

I see my primary doctor today (during this situation In seeing 3 diff ones to watch my lungs) and I knowww Im going to do a CT so I have to have iodine injected and I haate that shit and my elbow veins are blown from last week so theyll have to do my legs or hands and the thought of a needle going into me right now makes me start crying so cant wait to do that in-front of the dr who controls my antidepressants & anti-anxiety's!!!!
