I imagine a tiny would think escalators at a train station or airport would be nice so they wouldn’t have to climb stairs. Riding along on the baggage conveyor belt would be fun too, mostly xD

He would ABSOLUTELY ADORE a huge plushie of literally anything. he loves plushies of all siZes . Ronan probably has mixed feelings about a house sized plush but he can't really complain everything in the house is huge anyways but something about a object which is suppose to be cute looking well a little intimidating is somewhat unnerving

Where do y'all see the cutoff from minigiant to giant???? Cuz I've seen some people claim minigiant on size differences that I've seen others claim giant.

For lower limits it's simple enough I feel. A lot of fiction loves to default to 7 or 8 ft tall for a lot of crazy tall characters, and to a degree, those are heights that are within the (barely) realistic realm of possibility, although with MANY complications. So it feels appropriate enough to start from 9 feet (2.74 meters), give or take.

Now for me, I tend to consider two things when it comes to minigiant sizes: the size ratio between the mini giant and a person & how well the mini giant can live within a given environment alongside other regular sized people.

For the size ratio, I think its fair to assume people shouldn't be so small that they can be grabbed in a single hand, or the size difference would end up leaving the bigger person closer to 50 feet (15 meters) than the expected minigiant size difference. That can mean a double, maybe a triple, or even a quadruple size difference. This would leave a person being hip height, to knee height for a mini giant.

Accounting for people being anywhere from 5 to 6 ft (1.5 m to 1.82 m) for example sake, that would leave our upper limit minigiant with a x4 size of 20 ft to 24 ft. (6 m to 7.3 m). Not an absolute limit, but something to keep in mind.

As for mini giant living, this is more of an vibes thing, but one to consider too. It's fair to assume that if minigiants exist within a world, there's some human-focused environments that are naturally going to be smaller to them. Maybe its only some areas if your world accounts for multi-size living. But in general, if they can still access some human-sized locations/activities without disrupting things around them too much, I feel like that's a good indicator as to whether they're a minigiant, or a regular giant.

A minigiant can probably fit in a building with some effort. A giant usually can't. A minigiant could do with some adjustments for comfort sake. A giant needs to resort to entirely different tactics/locations to get by. You could hand over your laptop or tablet to a minigiant to view tumblr. You might have to improvise something else in order for a giant to use tumblr.

I think a lot of situations I find cozy are like, spaces that I'm just a bit too big for. Laying on my side and curling up in a building, pressing myself into a corner of a retaining wall, wall intersections on a building that are the perfect size to squeeze up against.

When I think about it I just find it interesting that while tinys tend to get cozy from giants, I tend to get cozy from environments.

I feel like it's something that's more difficult to categorize with g/t, like it can more easily reach the non-g/t audiences. It definitely is g/t but it's not quite the same, and I feel like not a lot of people gravitate towards that. I'm just talking in the realm of writing and not so much art.

If people want something where the focus is a bigger size difference, it tends to stop at Tall. Taller. Maybe a foot or two taller for something with a fictional focus. And if they want more? Immediately go to fully giant sizes. That's the next logical step for most people.

And most people within G/t spaces tend to thank their familiarity with it thanks to common media that involves more extreme size differences, so mini giants do not get brought up often by default. Even then, its a term made up within the community, specifically to try and find those smaller, more specific giant sizes.

for a g/t scenario - Character A is shrunk and experimented on, but eventually rescued by some people who've been investigating the lab. Character B is the one who finds them, and though they're a stranger, it's easy for character A to latch onto the first big person who's shown them any tenderness. They're much more comfortable with B than any other person, always looking to them when they feel scared or uncomfortable.

Due to being roughly handled for so long, A is terrified of touch. Even B touching them is too much, and they always prefer some kind of separation if they have to be picked up (like sitting in a box). But knowing that they may be stuck at this new size, they decide to work through their fear. It starts small, with A pressing their hand against B's fingertip. B is patient, staying as still as they can. A is surprised when, instead of feeling nervous, they end up marveling at the sensation of fingerprint grooves beneath their hand. Details like that, the creases and callouses, had felt terribly overwhelming when they were being grabbed and prodded and pinned. But now there's something incredible about it, being able to perceive such a tiny thing so clearly.

It takes time, and trust, but eventually A is able to settle themselves in B's palm without a hint of fear.
