Come to think of it, I’ve seen almost Norman Reedus entire filmography. But the first, and probably only truly great character for me is Daryl Dixon (who would’ve thought?). And I won’t lie, I definitely have a weakness for men on cool motorcycles. It’s such a cliché, but I honestly don’t care.

I just can’t resist the urge to draw kastle in chibi style. They look so incredibly endearing like this! It’s hard to imagine them looking any cuter! I also can’t help but notice that ‘Never Too Late’ fits their story all too well.

Karen Page x Frank Castle - The Punisher/ Daredevil I finally finished this kastle artwork! And damn, it was not easy. But I’m really happy with how it turned out, mostly because I feel like I managed to capture what these characters are supposed to be going through. Karen and Frank’s relationship is anything but simple. They’re more than friends, and the tension between them is definitely there, but they’re not lovers either (tragically. Deeply tragically). But honestly, that’s part of what makes them so compelling. The way The Punisher always softens around Karen. The way Karen supports Frank... there’s something so warm and deeply human about it that no romance movie has ever really managed to capture for me. And especially not Karen and Matt’s (Daredavil) relationship. Sorry, but to me there’s never been anything there beyond friendship / something almost sibling-like.

I’ve got a new favourite: The Punisher. But only when he’s played by Jon Bernthal. His scream has a special place in my heart. And his relationship with Karen Page... Ooh. At first, I thought Daredevil was my favourite, but I was wrong. Matt Murdock’s methods feel too hesitant. Frank Castle, on the other hand, actually gets things done. By the way, I really loved the special episode “The Last Kill.” Jon gave an incredible performance. He captured Frank’s tragedy, inner conflict, and brutal rage toward all that scum perfectly. And… well. He also showed off his body. What a body.

Haha, right, this is an experimental video! The feedback—or lack thereof—will show whether it’s worth continuing. Sorry, Matt Murdock, you’re going to have to be the guinea pig.

Yeah, yeah, we all know that Shunsui is Ukitake’s REAL match, but I like these two.

Not long ago there was also a “What If” project for Arcane. I really wanted to draw something with Silco from an alternative version of season two, but unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to. But at least I can show little Jinx as a lady-boss. Isha helping out, and Sevika — as always — the bodyguard and advisor. At the same time… I wanted to pour out the feelings I had after the finale of season one. I feel so sorry for Silco. Honestly, I’m still a little angry that the second season didn’t leave any room for Jinx to reflect on it.

For the project, I drew this postcard featuring Astarion from Baldur's Gate 3

I have mixed feelings about this piece. I do like it, just not that much. At the time, I wanted to keep things light. It was already my third Mass Effect 3 project, and drawing roughly the same characters in similar scenarios was starting to feel repetitive. At first I planned something more dramatic with FemShepard like a proper poster, but it turned out way too dark composition-wise. So I swung hard in the opposite direction. No one else in the project was doing chibi, and since no one stopped me at the sketch stage, I just went with it. I think I managed to fit in all the main characters. Might revisit this art later and upgrade it with more detail (DLSS 5 ON 🤣).
