I wonder how Shiv would have turned out if she hadn't been fighting with all the men in her life to be viewed as equal, or equal just in her father's eyes. If she hadn't been always trying to be Logan's number one girl despite the fact that she can never be cuz he just can't fit a whole woman in his head. It bothers me to watch my father sharing business ideas or having enjoyable talks with my male cousins yet not with me simply because I am a girl, (PLUS we still have a good relationship) and even that makes me feel excluded.
