No but the way Logan understands Kendall the most out of anyone in the show because Kendall’s like his little beaten ragdoll that belongs to him. And the way Kendall can’t see anything but the most superficial version of Logan(see:the funeral speech), he has no real conception of the “human thing” in Logan…and then there’s Roman and Shiv, who understand that human thing(the scared little boy and the young man trying to prove he’s that’s not all he is), when Logan refuses to understand them because he views them fundamentally as other? God I hate them…

What hurts me the most about Kendall, Roman, and Shiv’s ending is that their bond is severed forever. After everything that happened between the three of them in the finale, it doesn’t feel like Kendall will ever truly have a relationship with Roman or Shiv again.
Shiv is left in a loveless marriage. Roman ends up in a place that’s, in many ways, where he started. And Kendall is left completely hollow, because the only purpose he had ever built his life around is gone.
In the end, the only thing the three of them have left is the memory of being children playing outside Logan’s office, back when they were close, happy, and still believed they were on the same side and now completely alone and separated from one another. the writers really found the most agonizing way to end their bond.
