This Goes to Show That White European Nations Like Great Britain, Spain, France, Germany, and Italy SHOULD Claim African Nations as Their Own States and Provinces, Given the Freebies of USAID and Many Other Charities Have Proven to Be Flimsy, With War-Torn African Countries Like Sudan, Rwanda, and Uganda in Civil Wars That Have Led to Genocides and Starvations! The Blacks Cannot Blame the Whites for Helping the Blacks For All These Decades! The Same Applies to the Americas and Asia - the United States SHOULD Adopt Countries Like Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Ukraine, and South Korea as American Empire States Given the Threats Coming From the Chinese Communist Party and the Communists of Russia and Latin America! It is TOO Expensive for the United States to Financially, Charitably and Militarily Provide Life-Saving Help for All Countries in the World Without Profiting from Taxes and Capitalism! Europe Can Save the Lives of Africans - By Profiting in Return for Their Help in a Life Cycle - Better Than All of America and Europe Going Bankrupt and Dying Alongside All the Poor People from Asia, Latin America, Middle East, and Africa Altogether!
