The Aphrodite cabin has the cutest and sexiest swimsuits, except for the Hermes cabin that decided to contest them on that field and both keep trying to sabotage one another. 

The Hecate cabin tries to run on the beach by manipulating the mist to make it look like water. 

Nico sits under an umbrella sipping from a coconut, un Gucci sunglasses, and refuses to go into the sea. He is just there to admire Will in speedos. 

The rest of the Apollo cabin also look fabulous and tan, parading on the surf, even though half of them don’t know how to swim. 

The Hypnos kids all got sunstruck because they are not used to being on the open for so long. 

The Nike twins already crossed the finish line twice, before the competition even began. 

The Athena cabin has been training and timing themselves for weeks and devised a complex system of takeover and emergency substitutions. They are rehearsing it even now.

Either all the Hephaestus bunch, including the girls, are very happy to see their friends or it’s a mini hydro-propulsion system hidden in their swimsuits.

One of the Demeter girls got her foot caught in some algae, decided it didn’t count as a plant, and proceeded to loudly freak out. 

The Ares cabin is currently banned from competing, for bringing whaling harpoons.
