short and sweet, no more than 12 episodes, maybe even less
moderate, maybe 30 episodes at most
long form, pushing into 50-60 episodes max, counting specials and mini episodes
an epic! we're talking 100+ episodes and maybe even still going

I think it depends on the show and the length of each chapter. It's not the same if we are talking 70 episodes for a show with chapters that last '20-'30 minutes or one that last '60 or more.
For me, it also depends if the overall plot is divided by narrative arcs. I can handle longer audio dramas a bit better if the plot points or themes are divided by seasons.
Short audiodramas are nice too! I wish the mini serie format was more popular.
