And how he was hesitant to even put a listening device on her because it doesn’t seem right. Because, let’s all admit it, aside from hiding her job as an assassin, Yor showed nothing but honesty and sincerity towards Loid and Anya (unlike Twilight who fabricates almost everything about him). And I believe Twilight feels how sincere she is on them which is why he didn’t doubt her intentions when she asked him to marry her (even though some of her actions could raise suspicions). And then after he found out that her brother works for SSS, that’s the only time he doubted her, but even then, he hesitated because it feels so wrong to doubt her.

And I feel like this scene can be interpreted as him wanting Yor to admit that she knows Yuri works for SSS just so he can justify that him doubting her was the right thing to do even though there’s a part in him that is feeling guilty for even thinking about Yor fooling him.

This scene can be interpreted as him admitting to himself that he was indeed guilty for what he did. Yor always tries her best to cooperate with the fake family that they built and he can see that. That despite her doubts to herself, Twilight can see that everything she’s showing them are real.

JUST LOOK HOW SHE’S SO GRATEFUL BECAUSE SHE MET HIM (AND ANYA, I’M SURE). I almost cried watching this scene. Trusting someone is probably the last thing on Twilight’s mind but he chose to trust Yor.
