My beloved cat is in need of a vet visit due to recent health issues, but my parents (who I live with due to being disabled) refuse to pay for it. I need at least £300 to pay for the visit and the blood tests my cat will need, with a buffer of about £150 to cover any medication she might need.

The results were... not good. There's nothing the vet can do for her. We're letting her go on Thursday. Thank you to everyone who shared and supported. It means more than words can say to me, to have just a little more time with my baby. I know the kinder option is to let her go gently. It's been nearly three years since we lost her sister, Tia. I don't know what I'm going to do without them both, but, I know that I'm going to keep going. I have a future to look forward to. Lola knows that she's been loved beyond words. She's had a good 15 years of life.
